What's included in the standard plan
- Four scheduled seasonal service windows each year
- Condition check of the memorial and immediate gravesite area
- Light tidying and removal of ordinary seasonal debris
- Photographs and a private written update after each visit
- Notice of visible concerns that may require additional work or a specialist
what's included - and what ISN'T
The standard plan does not include deep monument cleaning, repair, landscaping, materials, or guarantees against future damage or deterioration. Those needs may be quoted separately or referred to an appropriate provider.
After Every Visit
A private photo report, every time
After each scheduled service window, Cairn delivers a private written update along with photographs of the gravesite. You receive a clear, documented record of the condition of the memorial, any care completed, and any concerns noted during the visit.
This documentation is yours to keep, share with family, or reference over time as part of a meaningful long-term record for the site.

Beyond the Standard Plan
Additional services
Additional services are available for families who may need care beyond the standard Cairn Care Plan, including monument cleaning, flower placement, special visits, light grooming, and repair coordination.
